Booking & Reservations
How do I reserve transportation?
Submit a booking request through this site with your trip details. We review every request and contact you directly to confirm availability, timing, and pricing.
Is my ride confirmed once I submit the form?
No. A submitted request is not a confirmed reservation. Your ride is only confirmed after V&K Island Escape contacts you and approves the request.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as your travel plans allow. Requests for peak travel dates, large groups, and late-night arrivals benefit most from advance notice.
Airport & Cruise Transportation
Can you meet a cruise ship or a flight?
Yes. Include your flight number or ship name in your request so we can align pickup timing with your arrival.
Vehicles & Party Size
What vehicles are available?
Our fleet includes an enclosed Toyota Sienna with seating for up to 7 passengers and an open-air safari vehicle with seating for up to 18 passengers. Tell us your preference in the request and we'll confirm what suits your party and luggage.
Payments & Policies
What are your rates?
Pricing is provided with your booking confirmation and is based on your route, pickup time, party size, and transportation needs. This allows us to provide an accurate rate for your specific trip.
